Being committed to long-term relationships, Transwestern has been providing asset management services on behalf of Johns Hopkins since 2003. With immense attention to detail, we create a unique and cohesive experience while bringing long-term, strategic thinking to each property. In addition to ENERGY STAR®,  we work in tandem with sustainability experts measuring and optimizing building performance to positively impact asset bottom lines.

The Transwestern Management Office is located at the Johns Hopkins at Keswick Campus in the North Building; Suite 2500.  Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Our dedicated team of professionals is readily available to provide extraordinary experiences to our tenants. Building Engineers are on site Monday through Friday during normal business hours to maintain building operations and provide standard building maintenance. After hours, engineering is on call as needed to address urgent service requests.
